Let our experienced service technicians inspect your air-conditioning system for proper operation. Our standard service checkup includes checking the condenser fan motor, coil, electrical components and freon pressures. We will inspect the evaporator coil for any sludge or grime build-up. The drain lines will be checked and cleared if necessary. We will also check the duct work and filters. Upon completing our inspection, we will explain to you what our results have found. We will offer our advice on any repairs or replacements before completing the inspection. (Parts, Freon, additional Labor extra)

A few ways to improve the temperature and quality of air during the summer months are: *Caulk and/or weather stripping to insulate and close air gaps. *Pull drapes and shades over windows facing the sun. *Clean or replace filters monthly. *Keep the outside unit free of leaves and other airflow obstructions. *Have your air conditioning system cleaned each spring. Checkups: $65.00 for the first unit & $40.00 for each additional unit same location.
